Built to protect those who report.
Anyone who admits paying off the books is exposing an irregularity. That is why anonymity here is not just "we don't show the name" — it is built in from the ground up.
- No account, no link to your email There are no accounts. You confirm your email with a code and we only keep a keyed hash, to allow 1 report per year. Nothing links that hash to what you wrote.
- Rounded location Only street and parish, with the position shifted at random. If you give the door number (optional), we use it once to place the point and delete it straight after. A street appears on the map only with 3 or more reports.
- No names, photos or addresses Only structured fields and, if you wish, a short moderated note. Nothing that identifies the landlord or the building.
- Medians, not averages One report per email address every 12 months, and out-of-range values are flagged. Hard to manipulate.
